Emma runs our Onboarding team here at Quinns and plays a key role in ensuring every new client’s experience is smooth, professional, and stress-free from the very start. She’s the first point of contact for many of our clients — guiding them through the onboarding process and making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Emma has worked in client service and onboarding for many years, developing a calm, organised approach and a focus on making each client feel supported and informed.

As Client Services Manager, she is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and approachable nature — qualities that help ensure our onboarding process reflects the care and clarity at the heart of the Quinns experience.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys running and has completed five marathons (and counting). She’s married with 12-year-old twins who keep her on her toes, and she brings the same energy and positivity she values in family life to her work every day.
