Chloë oversees the operational heartbeat of Quinns — ensuring that every part of the firm runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the client experience front of mind. From systems and onboarding to service delivery and people, she brings structure, clarity, and calm to even the busiest of days.

Her career began in retail management before moving into project management for a major defence company, where she qualified as a professional project manager. That experience, combined with over a decade managing a UK property portfolio, has given her a rare blend of strategic focus and practical insight into what clients really need.

Chloë is passionate about humanising law — making it approachable, transparent, and easy to understand. She believes clients should never feel lost in legal jargon, and that clear communication and genuine care build the strongest relationships of all.

Outside of work, Chloë spends most of her time with her animals — two Labradors, Bailey the office dog, and three horses.

A keen equestrian, Chloe is currently re training her young thoroughbred, Gru and while she insists she loves James dearly, he’s fairly sure Gru might be winning.

Known for her legendary cheesecakes and her love of mooching around Borough Market for unusual ingredients, Chloë brings creativity, warmth, and a number of 4 legged team members to life at Quinns
