Bailey joined the Quinns team at just three months old and has quickly become one of our most enthusiastic (and talkative) members. A miniature schnauzer with a big personality, Bailey takes his role as Chief Inspiration Officer very seriously — greeting visitors, joining site visits, and ensuring the team keeps up morale (and treats).
When he’s not supervising the office or running the weekly team meetings, Bailey can usually be found exploring the Island with his best friend Felix — our one-year-old rescue cat — or demanding attention with his signature “schnauzer shout.”
Loved by clients and staff alike, Bailey reminds us daily that a happy office is built on a foundation of plenty of walks and a full biscuit tin

Bailey is very much looking forward to assisting Fern in her Trainee Advocate studies and will be looking to join the IOM Law Society as an honorary member
