Every Will we prepare is drafted and personally reviewed by an experienced Advocate, ensuring it reflects your wishes with absolute clarity and legal certainty. We help you appoint Executors you know and trust, and where children are involved, we guide you through choosing appropriate guardians to provide long-term security and peace of mind.
Where your circumstances require it, we incorporate straightforward trusts to protect assets and support vulnerable beneficiaries. You will also have the option to include a personalised Letter of Wishes, offering gentle guidance to your Executors on matters that sit outside the formal legal provisions.
As part of our service, we provide clear advice on any potential risks, claims, or vulnerabilities, helping you understand how to best protect your estate. When it comes to signing, we support you through the process to ensure your Will is properly executed and legally valid.
And, because life can change quickly, you will benefit from complimentary updates for 12 months, giving you the freedom to make amendments without additional cost.

To provide complete peace of mind after your documents are signed, we offer secure storage and easy, on-demand access for a full 12 months. Your original Will is kept in our protected physical storage facility, ensuring it remains safe, intact, and readily available when required.
Alongside this, you will have round-the-clock access to your personal Digital Vault, allowing you to view your documents securely, whenever and wherever you need them. If you choose, trusted Executors can also be given controlled access, ensuring they have the information they need at the right time—no delays, no uncertainty.
As part of this service, we include an annual review together with any minor updates that may be needed, helping you keep your arrangements current and aligned with any changes in your circumstances.
