When It Applies
The Quinns Guarantee applies to all Quinns services, including Advisory, Property, Life & Legacy, and Disputes.
- For fixed-fee Advisory consultations, you may request a full or partial refund within 21 days if you feel the session didn’t deliver value or clear next steps.
- The Guarantee applies to Quinns’ own professional fees (not court fees, taxes, or third-party costs).
- Any request must be made within 21 days of the invoice so we can review and respond promptly.

Example 1 – Communication Delays
A client purchasing property feels updates were slower than expected. After discussion, they decide a 20% reduction in their fee feels fair. We agree and thank them for helping us improve our communication process.
Example 2 – Advisory Consultation
A client books a fixed-fee consultation but leaves feeling uncertain about their next steps. Within 21 days, they request a full refund. We issue it without question and offer a complimentary follow-up to ensure they achieve clarity.

A client initially feels dissatisfied because of a delay caused by a third party. Once we explain the situation and show we kept them informed, they confirm they’re happy with the service and pay the full fee. Their feedback helps us refine how we manage updates in future.
