Expertise with a human touch.
A miniature schnauzer with a big personality, Bailey takes his role as Chief Inspiration Officer very seriously.
Bailey joined Quinns at just three months old and quickly became one of the firm’s most enthusiastic — and talkative — team members.
He greets visitors, joins site visits and makes sure the team keeps up morale and treats. When he is not supervising the office or running weekly team meetings, he explores the Island with his best friend Felix, the Quinn family’s rescue cat.
Loved by clients and staff alike, Bailey reminds everyone that a happy office is built on plenty of walks and a full biscuit tin.

Bailey hates getting his feet and ears wet, refuses to go out in the rain, thinks he is human and has won the household award for most stolen socks.
